Individual Counseling.
Receive one on one counseling with your therapist. Talk about current and past issues and recognize wounded parts of your life. Through an authentic, non-judgmental environment, you can find a path toward inner compassion, healthy coping skills and genuine living.
Couples Counseling.
Give your relationship a chance to experience real renewal and change. Relationships, especially marriage can be a very difficult road to navigate. We can help bring relationships back on track with honest, persistent, healing work.
Spiritual Healing.
Sometimes our inner spirituality can feel wounded, broken and bruised. Having a safe place to discuss past traumas and abuses can strengthen a disconnection we may feel with our spiritual life. In therapy we can work toward the feeling of spiritual wholeness.
Rate: $135 per initial intake, couples and 90 min sessions | $105 per 50 min session | $85 per 30 min session | sliding scale application available upon request

Trisha does not accept insurance at this time, but is willing to write up a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement.
